thamiel_kain is off to Whitby Goth Weekend  tomorrow morning, but I decided to stay in horrid Hull. I'm still probably going to the October WGW but this April I'm just too skint (too busy spending money on gigs).

Speaking of gigs.... I'm off to Manchester on Saturday with siguror  to see a band ....  damn cant remember their name but they sound kinda like Pantera! then back home for a Guitar Hero session with much drinking :D

Then next week were off to see Saxon and Doro in Sheffield. (How awesome are Saxon!!)


Week or so after that its Deathfest, I will be meeting a couple of friends there, and staying for the afterparty thing (if I'm not already pissed and windmilled out by then)

June is Death Angel, Keep of Kalessin and Kataklysm :D


Also looking forward to Bloodstock. Was a little gutted to hear that Europe were playing at first... but I think watching them play "The Final Countdown" will be quite epic!! Anyone else doing Bloodstock this year??


Oooh I only have a few weeks left in College now.... what a tough year..... not a good feeling being back in education!! I will be so happy to never see a Business Studies book ever again :D

 

Been thinking back of things that have happened in the past, maybe I'm getting soft in my old age I dunno :S (still trying to keep the ice queen thing going on though)...... a lot has happened and I'm just so fed up worrying, stressing and holding grudges. Life's just too short for all this crap!

On a lighter note for fear of sounding like a right emo! Went to see Iron Maiden Flight 666 at the Cinema the other day..... holy shit, was so cool to see Maiden on a huge screen..... and the show was sold out, we managed to get the last 2 tickets.... which is lucky as I'd have kicked and screamed to see it!

Off to a gig in York next Saturday, a band called Mantra! allround great band with some awesome vocals! They are heavily influenced by Black Label Society and Pantera (double yay) after hearing a lot of crap bands its nice to hear some talent.

Phills birthday soon woohoo!!! more people are coming to Rockworld now, I cant wait, we are going to be so rat arsed....cant get better than an allnighter!!!   Sore necks in the morning but I'm sure it will be worth it :)

Off to Manchester again in Feb to see Alestorm... Pirate Metal!!!! yay!!!!!!! We are all gonna be dressed up as pirates....as you do of course ;)

Thinking a lot about festivals already...it's poosibly going to be Bloodstock again... as I'm definately wanting to see Amon Amarth and Apocalyptica plus I'm starting to get into Satyricon.

Oh jeez the Rasmus are back....just seen a clip for their new track...hmmm lol

We found every bit of smelly food to put in our hamster trap .....  the hamster has been missing nearly 3 weeks i think... We have tried so many times to find him leaving bait of allsorts to trap him.........

Our hamster loves chips and gravy!!!!

I waved my lovely man goodbye as he was heading to Scotland to Castle Fozz and Jill. 
Gowwwwd i miss him, its only been a day ffs!!
So me and Katie got 2 cheap bottles of Perry, 2 bags of monster munch and chippy tea, and the night was filled with guitar hero and giggles!

Today im meeting Michelle (Angelic Kisses) at the station as she's keeping me company for the week TK is away...(i hate being on my own boohoo)

*Might* be going to Spiders tonight...theres fuck all else to do in Hull :(

Went to Manchester today to show Katie and Paul around. Took us nearly an hour to find a parking space (after lots of wrong turns with my terrible directions). Had a yummy burger king and some woman slapped a piece of paper on my burger which said "please donate £2 to me for my survival - i am deaf" .......hmmm

So we left Manchester at 4 and got home at 7.30 ... madness, traffic, wrong turns etc .... Manchester isnt thie nicest place to drive, especially the city centre lol

Ermm... GUTTED!!! WTF!!! has happened to the holy place that is AFFLECKS???? I went in all chuffed ready to see all the delights that was hidden inside only to find around 5 shops...... i thought the  place wasn't going to close down now??

Been a bit worried about money as of late as im only doing a  hour a day job at the moment and bills have been popping up.. but i borrowed some cash off a friend and managed to pay a bit off (phew) i even managed to get some shoes today:) was nice to treat myself :):)

Oooooh .... our Bloodstock tickets came today so i'm rather chuffed ;) and Soulfly confirmed too yay!!!

Had a great weekend (Last wk) Avatar Photography (Steve) and his missus Daniela came over, we had such a laugh and my friend came over from North Wales. Was great to see her as i rarely get to see friends from back in Wales.  Bit jealous of her tho as shes currently at Hell Fest in France lol

Im also hoping to catch Billy Idol in Manchester... depending on the money situation YAY TO BILLY!

Im going to see HULK .... im hoping its going to be better than the last one as that was a pile of crap.....
